Purposes

By making use of high-temperature and dry-heat technology, the equipment can poison microorganisms by oxidizing them, and causing denaturation of protein and concentration of dielectrics. It damages protoplasm of cells by oxidization to cause microorganisms die. Hence, in certain heating time, all microorganisms can be killed.
