Instrument Features

1. The measuring instrument and digester are separate, ensuring the stability of the optical system.

2. The measuring instrument uses a cold light source and a narrow-band interference optical system, offering excellent optical stability. The calibration light intensity is adjustable in 16 levels and can be set arbitrarily, effectively solving the problem of measurement range expansion caused by signal strength variations.

3. The main unit and digester feature a color touchscreen with Chinese and English display, a user-friendly interface, and an operation guide explaining various functions.

4. Curve lookup is available. Besides querying the curve equation, users can also retrieve the standard value and corresponding absorbance of each standard substance used during calibration, as well as the calibration time and calibrator's number, completely reproducing the calibration state.

5. A one-key recovery function allows for easy recovery of factory and user curve data records lost due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. The digester features multi-point error-free calibration, achieving zero-error measurement at the set point and completely eliminating errors caused by temperature sensor nonlinearity in common digesters on the market.

7. The digestion instrument features a timer reminder and an automatic shutdown function after digestion. It also has secondary protection; when the temperature exceeds 200 degrees Celsius, the instrument will automatically cut off the power to ensure the safety of the digestion process.

8. In addition to the factory-installed maximum of 250 curves, users can add up to 3500 curves, calibrate them, and store them in the instrument.

9. It can store up to 100,000 records (including parameter name, concentration, unit, detection time, operator number, etc.).

10. It has a printing function: test records can be printed immediately or retrieved and printed.

11. It has a USB interface for connecting to a computer.
