Summary
The instrument is designed and made as per the national standard of People’s Republic of China GB/T1841 and ASTM D2170 Standard Test Method for Viscosity of Polyolefin Resin Solution. It is used to determine the viscosity of decahydronaphthalene solution of polythene and polypropylene at the stipulated temperature. The instrument can also be used to determine the viscosity of asphalt at the stipulated temperature as per the industrial standard of People’s Republic of China T0619 Asphalt Kinematic Viscosity Test (Capillary Viscometer Method).
I. Main technical features
1. The instrument adopts a double-layer glass bath. The inner layer adopts φ 300mm × 300mm hard high temperature glass cylinder with high temperature resistance up to 180 ℃, and the outer insulation sleeve is φ 360mm× 285mm glass cylinder, with air insulation layer between the inner and outer layers. There are two small holes on the bathtub cover, which are specially set for thermometer and sensor respectively. In addition, there are four capillary mounting holes, which can detect two groups of parallel samples at the same time.
2. 1700W stainless steel electric heating tube heating, fast temperature rise; At the set observation temperature point, the heating power can be automatically adjusted to ensure the stability of bath temperature.
