Working principle about 10L Single layer glass reactor:
The single-layer glass reactor has a stirring system, a condensation reflux system, a dropping system, and a heating system. While stirring the materials, the bath pot heats the materials in the kettle, which can improve the evaporation efficiency under vacuum conditions (a vacuum device needs to be connected). The solvent vapor is cooled into a liquid when passing through the glass condensation coil (a cooling device needs to be connected), and can be refluxed. In the kettle, it can also be recycled through the valve at the bottom of the return elbow. After the reaction is completed, the material can be released from the side outlet at the bottom of the kettle. The use of this series of products requires supporting system devices such as vacuum devices and cooling circulation devices.
