To strengthen team cohesion, all LABONE colleagues opted for a team-building trip through the pristine Qianpugou canyon in Linzhou, rather than commercialized leisure scenic areas. The entire route is undeveloped, lacking paved roads, and filled with gravel gullies and streams, requiring trekking through mountains and rivers – a truly challenging journey.

Once you truly enter the Thousand Waterfalls Valley, you'll find smooth bluestone underfoot, flowing streams in front of you, and steep cliffs on both sides. In many sections, the path is almost invisible, and you can only move slowly by stepping on loose rocks and grabbing onto vegetation. But the scenery is incredibly beautiful.

Reaching the depths of the mountain stream, the noise and fatigue are soothed by the babbling water, revealing a clear pool, cascading waterfalls, and verdant mountains. Beauty is never easily obtained! Just like a company's development, every breakthrough requires enduring a long and arduous journey.

The rugged trails taught us to face challenges head-on, and mutual support taught us to work together for mutual benefit. In our future work, may we always maintain the resilience and warmth we found in the mountains today, facing challenges without fear, working hand in hand to overcome all obstacles and reach a better future.

This team-building trip wasn't about inspirational; it was about natural healing and the warmth of companionship. In the future, we will continue to be grounded and walk side by side, accumulating strength through perseverance and encountering more beauty as we steadily move forward.
