AZGH-G series rope tension meter is an on-line measuring instrument for measuring the tension of wires, cables, optical fibers and ropes. It is suitable for high-speed rail industry, power industry, communication industry, transportation industry, construction industry, playground, etc.Used for tension measurement.Also applies to major scientific research institutions, testing agencies and other occasions.
Product Features
1.On-line measurement: When the rope is measured, it is not necessary to disassemble the rope. The rope with tension can be measured on-line. When the tension of the rope is loaded in real time, the real-time tension can be observed online.
2.Portable: The instrument adopts high-strength aluminum alloy structure, light weight, small size and easy to carry. When measuring the tension of the rope, one person can complete all operations.
3.Convenient operation: The instrument loading mechanism adopts a lever structure. It is only necessary to push the instrument handle to the bottom to measure the tension of the rope correctly. The operation is simple and one person can complete a measurement within 30 seconds.
4.The instrument performance is stable and the measurement accuracy is high. When the measured rope specification is the same as the rope number stored in the dynamometer, the measurement accuracy can reach 5% within the quantifiable range.
5.The instrument is equipped with 3 preset gauge ropes. Simply select the corresponding rope number when measuring.
6.Digital display force value, the instrument uses LCD display measurement force value, reading more convenient.
7.Three Unit Switching: The instrument can switch three force values of N, KSf and Lbf.
8.The instrument can save 383 sets of measurement data. The saved data can be exported by computer.
