Basic principle of torque measurement
Torque measurement: The use of strain gauge electrical measurement technology, the composition of the strain bridge on the elastic axis, to provide power to the strain bridge can be measured by the elastic shaft torsion of the electrical signal, the strain signal amplification, after pressure / frequency conversion,It becomes a frequency signal that is proportional to the twist.
Basic principle of speed measurement
Rotational speed measurement: Measured by the method of magneto-electric encoder disk, each magneto encoder disk has 60-180 (optional) teeth, and the axis drives the magneto-electric encoder disk to generate 60-180 (optional) pulses per rotation.The method of frequency measurement can be used for medium-speed sampling, and the accurate rotation speed can be measured by low-speed sampling method.Speed measurement up to 15000 rpm.The accuracy of this sensor can reach ±0.1%~±0.5%(F·S).Since the sensor output is a frequency signal, it can be directly sent to a computer for data processing without AD conversion.
The speed measurement method of this sensor adopts built-in speed measurement. When ordering, the user must indicate whether to monitor the speed signal.

6. The sensor can be used independently from the secondary instrument. As long as the power supply of ± 15V (200mA) is provided according to the pin number of the socket, the frequency signal of equal square wave or pulse wave with impedance proportional to torque can be output.
