Tissue Lysers (Multi- Sample Organization Grinding Mills)

Tissue Lyser is a special, fast, efficient, and multi-test tube system. It can extract and purify the original DNA, RNA and protein from any source (including the soil, plant, and the tissues / organs of animal, bacterium, yeast, fungus, spore and paleontological specimens). Compared with other sample preparation methods, it is wide in versatility and efficient and flexible in benefits, which can efficiently, rapidly and stably split and purify various types of nucleic acids and proteins of samples.

This machine is also known as multi-sample tissue grinder, rapid tissue grinder, multi-sample tissue refiner and fast sample homogenized system.

A. Applied range

1. It is available to the grind and breaking of tissues of a variety of plants, including roots, stems, leaves, flowers, fruits and seeds;

B. Product features

The grinding machine is adopted a special three-dimensional vibration mode of vertical up and down and left and right integration, by the vibration, impact and shear of high frequency reciprocating through the grinding beads (zirconia, steel ball, glass beads and ceramic beads) , to fastly achieve the purpose. The samples are much fuller, more even, with good reproducible samples and no cross contamination between samples.

Fast and efficient work can be done the grinding of 2 × 24,2 × 48 samples within one minute, which can save the time and effort, with small differences in the batch. The protein extraction is higher than the specific activity, with longer nucleic acid fragment.

2. No cross-contamination

The sample tube is in the fully closed state in the crushing process, which can be adopted a disposable centrifuge tube and bead. Samples are intact inside the tube, to avoid cross contamination and external contamination between samples.

3.1 In the built-in programming controller, the polishing time and the vibrational frequency of rotor can be set;

4. Good stability

4.1 With the special three-dimensional vibration mode of vertical up and down and left and right integration, the grinding will be fuller, with better stability;

5. Easy to operation at low temperature

When you need the cryogenic grinding environment, the operation with sample should be immersed with the liquid nitrogen for cooling of 1-2 minutes, and then remove quickly and fix on the host to start grinding, without freezing treatment again, to save the liquid nitrogen.

   6. Good repeatability

   6.1 In the same tissue, the same procedure is set to get the same grinding effect;

   6.2 If the working time is short, the sample’s temperature does not rise.
