Introduction

Rotary evaporator is an indispensable instrument and equipment for the processes of evaporation, concentration, crystallization, drying, separation, and solvent recovery during the scientific research and production processes in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and biological products industries. Rotary evaporator is developed under the condition of vacuum negative pressure, using the principle of constant temperature heating and thin film evaporation. The rotary evaporator uses a stepless speed regulation to rotate the glass rotating bottle at a constant speed. The material forms a large area of uniform film on the bottle wall. The intelligent constant temperature water bath heats the rotating bottle uniformly and evaporates at high speed under vacuum. The device was cooled and recovered in a collection bottle. Rotary evaporator works under vacuum, and all parts in contact with the material are made of high temperature resistant high borosilicate glass and polytetrafluoroethylene. It is especially suitable for the concentration and purification of biological products that are easily decomposed and denatured at high temperature. • The main frame is made of aluminum alloy with reasonable structure and materials.

• Sealing system adopts Teflon + imported fluorine rubber combination two-way seal, which can maintain high vacuum.

• All glass parts are made of high borosilicate glass (GG-17), which is resistant to high temperature and corrosion.

• Continuous feeding is convenient for customers. The valve-type feeding pipe is sleeved with PTFE pipe.

• Upright double-layer serpentine coil condenser to ensure high recovery and additional material tubes.

• Digital temperature display, intelligent constant temperature control, PT100 sensor transmits temperature quickly and accurately.

• Fuse safety protection, and has automatic power-off function to prevent dry burning.

• Electronic stepless speed regulation (0-200rpm), rotation setting, easy operation.

• The pot uses a stainless steel + Teflon compound pot, which is fully enclosed and heated.

• Micro-motor driven, the host will automatically lift.
